Microloans 4 Moms is headed by Saika Sharma, the founder and CEO. Operations are overseen and advised by a Board of Directors. The Board includes: Akira Morishita, treasurer, who has experience running several grassroots organizations in Japan, Geoffrey Kho, head of marketing, who is the CEO of Supreme Resources, and Yamini Naidoo , project advisors, who has both been extremely involved in humanitarian efforts for the past 30 years.
